Ingredients
250 g tin of black beans, drained160 ml coconut oil2 eggs2 tbsp maple syrup½ cup cane sugar¼ cup cocoa powder2 tbsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla paste¼ tsp salt¼ cup chocolate chips
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
- Line the tin with grease-proof paper.
- Using a food processor pulse the beans.
- Add the coconut oil, eggs, syrup, and vanilla paste. Pulse to mix together.
- Add the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Pulse to combine.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, and pour into the tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Leave to cool completely before removing from the tin.
