120 g buckwheat flour60 g gluten-free self-raising flour30 g protein powder2.5 g baking powder2.5 g salt2 large eggs400 ml milk (or plant milk)60 ml olive oil
Method
- Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. The batter should be slightly thick but pourable. If it's too thick, you can add a bit more milk.
- Lightly grease the preheated waffle iron with oil or non-stick spray. Pour the batter onto the waffle iron, spreading it out evenly. Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until the waffles are golden brown and cooked through.
